Life is just a series of different scenarios I don't want to be found dead in
Fogscape: Bus Stop.

It’s been a bit of a crappy week for #photography; too many doctors, not enough sleep, too much work, etc…. But the fog came back and I was able to work on a concept.

One of the hobbies I developed when social distancing was a thing was exploring ghost towns and abandoned places. This is one of the most well-known abandoned homes in Ontario, possibly Canada, known as the Guyitt Homestead. The lawn surrounding the house is still maintained, but the house is falling apart.
Hello fellow Denizens!
Here is my #introduction (Sept 2023 edit):
My name is Stephanie and I’m also ok with Steph or pixie. I love cats so feel free to mute cat-related hashtags if it’s too much.
I’m a 40-something Canadian white cis lesbian/queer woman (she/her) who loves art (I do some digital art), animation (I adore the show Arcane), soccer (especially watching NWSL), animals (particularly cats like my mini panther Ava 🐈⬛), video games (Red Dead Redemption 2, FIFA/EAFC, Assassin’s Creed, Cities Skylines, The Sims4), reading cheesy lesbian romance novels (recently expanding to sci-fi lesbian romance 😜) and learning about other people’s nerdy obsessions.
I’ve never been evaluated for autism but I think it’s likely that I am autistic. I gravitate to autistic people and have been learning more about autism and about disability advocacy in general.
I do my best to be inclusive and make my posts as accessible as possible and I am open to being shown a better way.
Some beliefs: I am gender inclusive, pro abortion, pro vaccines, anti-policing, anti-racist, anti-fascist.
I believe we all have the right to access healthcare, housing, food, education, transportation and all our accessibility needs without having to rely on income. I believe this world of community care is possible even if I have tendencies to be a loner.
I’m looking forward to meeting you all.

Pro-Tip: Migrating servers doesn't *have* to mean losing ALL your history ✨ it's not complex✨
- Set up a new account on your new server
- Follow your old account
- BOOKMARK your best old account posts (say 20-30)
- Perform the standard migration process, which links old and new accounts
- BOOST your OWN old bookmarked posts from old-to-new, giving you a starting timeline, then your #Introduction
Sharing as I did this back in early November when I moved 💫 and found it useful #TwitterMigration

Talking heads spewing Chinese spy conspiracies, but I’m living in rural Virginia so I know the real truth about who’s coming for us…
Eventually you have to accept that no matter how many different notebooks you buy, they won’t make you a better writer. For that, you need to spend a lot of money on the right pen.
In the autumn of 1883, a paper in the nation's capital reported that "an Iowa woman has spent 7 years embroidering the solar system on a quilt."
Ellen Harding Baker used her stunning quilt to teach astronomy in an era when women could not attend college:

"Can you explain this gap in your resume?"
"Yes, I used LaTeX and couldn't fix that bit"
This Black-headed Gull flew pretty close to see what was going down on Heron Island, so took opportunity to get this photo.
