So I finally had a chance to try out #SwiftData today and it works great, although I need to spend more time on the migration aspects.
The one thing that seems hit or miss with this first release is the iCloud sync. It looks like I sometimes need to kill and relaunch the app for syncing to happen. Has anyone run into this as well? I think I recall seeing a message on slack during #WWDC23 where Apple said to file a bug report.

@denisdepalatis I too was wondering. Also nowhere it says that public databases aren’t supported :-(

@denisdepalatis I wanted to test out iCloud sync but haven’t gotten around to it yet. If that part’s buggy, then the rest won’t matter as much for me 😕

But hopefully, they get the kinks worked out by the time iOS 17 releases?

@f yes I would assume this to be ironed out as this is one of the main new features for this year. 🤞🏻
