Was getting ready to apologize for negative posts, but honestly, that's what's going on and it helps to talk about it. Mute me for a while if you don't want to hear it.

@BobWilliams Just keep being you, Bob. I'm sorry it's rough right now and I really hope you feel better soon.

And I hope you get awesome protection from the danged vaccines.

(You know I have worried about something similar in the past with downer posts, and the answers I got were "being honest is good and necessary")

@AngelaPreston thanks for the encouragement Angela. There's no shame in admitting when we're struggling. Hope you are doing well these days.

@BobWilliams Sorry to hear things are not going so well, Bob. But yes, it's better to talk about it than to hold it in and let it fester. Hope things improve.

At my end, I was woken up by dang neighbours (or their guests) and can't go to sleep. Will try again in a bit. No biggie. But just up later than usual.

@BobWilliams
It takes courage to openly communicate life struggle or ask for support and it definitely helps to talk about current grief events in order to keep others on the same page because most care and want to help.

IMO this kind of shared advocacy is definitely needed on SM because so many aren't at a place where they can freely express themselves or access mental health services but yet can relate. You carry yourself so well from day to day on here and are a positive light.

@chameleon_muse Thanks, Jessi. You are right, I just had a moment I guess. I’m going to keep on sharing, people don’t have to listen if they don’t want to. Appreciate you and your input.
