I really like logging my mental health on my watch a few times a day with watchOS 10.

Are there any equivalents for physical health? Logging how tired I feel, or nauseous, or sore, whatever. And then look at it on a graph later.

I feel like there’s got to be a great indie for this somewhere.

@brandonhorst there’s a lot of research to show that gratitude journaling leads to happiness. I hope that’s a use case that’s built in.

@brandonhorst I made something like that for my wife — basically to log how you feel as well as other factors like food, medicine, events, and other factors which might affect your health so that we can find correlations between things over time.

But I never released it since it felt a bit too complicated and didn’t think there was a market for it 🙂
