I looked at her and said.. I think that's enough, it's but Monday - chill. However her body language stated she was on a mission. ( or he)!

Photo pd ~ that be me
I leave my camera on the table for unexpected visitors such as she/he.

I created a story in my mindโ€™s eye about these two when I saw them fishing on this little bayside dock. I imagined that theyโ€™ve grown old together & still enjoy doing the little things in life as a couple ... things that are the glue that make a relationship last.

We visited the town of Djรบpivogur in eastern Iceland. I just loved coming across these little towns with colorful streets. This building is one of the oldest commercial buildings in Iceland dating to the 1790's.

Four recent photos from Lake Superior. These were all from one morning. Some of these are vertical shots and some are horizontal. You'll need to click them to see them in their full orientation.

Dit is een winterse #zonsopgang met een roze hemel en donkere wolken. In de achtergrond zijn bomen zichtbaar, omgeven door een mistige sluier en schitterend in het zonsopgangslicht.

Another shot from the US Southwest - this is in Canyonlands from one of the overlooks. I believe the edge of that gorge is the White Rim Trail, which I drove part of, up to Mussleman Arch. I couldn't do the whole thing though because I didn't have a proper 4x4. That's a storm in the distance - it reached us before we left the park, and the rain was so heavy that we had to stop at the visitor center to wait it out.

Zion National Park is another great place in the US Southwest to explore. This shot was taken on the hike up to Angel's Landing. Unfortunately, I didn't get all the way up, because my brother was waiting at the bottom... I had told him that I'd just hike up for 10 minutes and see what I see, but then an hour went by and I figured I should probably turn back.
