This week starts off busy. First another appointment to check on my gallbladder and if it is deciding to call it quits. It has been a 6 month journey so far and the end does not seem near. I can't say that I am having a holistic experience. #ArtistLife
@irisRichardson oh no! Iβm slightly surprised they havenβt removed it if itβs being problematic.
@kataklysm Me too since I was already in the hospital. I gather they can make more money if they drag it out since I have gotten at least 3 ultra sounds just to keep an eye on it.
@irisRichardson ugh! Iβm sorry! I went through all that 20 yrs ago and distinctly remember it sucked a big one.
@kataklysm It does because I can feel it acting up. I am taking supplements. I have learned to look for alternative when I am frustrated with the traditional US healthcare. I lost confidence in proper healthcare a long time ago. It seems ones you are on medicare they are however on the ball. But I am not old enough for that.
@irisRichardson yuck. I definitely understand though. Iβve been chronically ill since 2013 and Iβm completely over this health insurance system. And Iβm still 25ish yrs from qualifying for Medicare π
Hopefully your doc pulls their head out of their ass and removes it. Once the gallbladder acts up, you gotta throw the whole thing out.
@kataklysm I have a friend who's surgeon went on vacation and postponed the surgery which was scheduled month ago. The poor guy went though all the screaming to ready himself for his surgery only to get a call the day prior sorry but it will be re-scheduled. We is hart to call it healthcare. I am sorry you have to deal with this for so long already.
@irisRichardson I had mine removed after a nasty attack lasting 5 hours. I have had zero issues with anything since.
@digconart I am sure they will remove mine. I hope before I get a sever attack. Things are moving like molasses around here.
@irisRichardson it was two months between the attack and the surgery; in the meantime I ate a virtually zero fat diet to avoid another attack.
@digconart That is what I am doing right now. I am taking two Chanca Piedra and Plant enzymes which are suppose to help avoid an attack.
@Laurie Wow that sound painful and unpleasant. I don't know why they do not test thyroids.
