@DaNanner The neighborhood fireworks are being dwarfed by a massive thunderstorm heading our way. My dog is snoozing through everything so far. Hope your doggies are ok.

@DaNanner Poor baby. My neighbor puts on a white noise machine for her dog. Sometimes it works but sometimes nothing is loud enough to block out the fireworks/thunder.

Sri Lankans set off firecrackers on certain holidays. Firecrackers are all noise and smoke and fire hazard, no pretty lights, and enough would be set off to produce a thick haze and keep us awake for hours since they were so loud.
