@fionacreates Your style is candy for the eyes. I love your work! <3
@fionacreates oh wow! Ladies of the Knight looks EXACTLY my jam
@fionacreates I absolutely love your color palette, and that art style is so pretty !!🥺🖤✨
@BewilderedBird Thanks!! I don't really do quiet colours...
@fionacreates Not only are your technical skills excellent, but I love how you bake story elements and character dynamics into your work. Lovely!
@devinpacholik Thanks! Narrative is the best part of art making (for me anyway.)
@fionacreates I agree! I've been trying to work this idea into my photography lately when composing street and candid shots.
@devinpacholik Must be harder in photography. A lot of my illustrations are of characters from WIP comics projects so the narrative comes naturally to drawing them.
@fionacreates I would say it's just a different kind of challenge. Here's a simple example of a street shot I did recently. It's a "narrative" of a woman looking toward the walking man. And then using the composition to draw the eye toward that with the framing, interesting light, blah blah blah. In truth, she may not have been looking at him at all, but my intent was to make it that way.
@devinpacholik rly cool, love the clean shapes framing the action too! (adding to narative)
@fionacreates Speaking of that, your work on ladiesoftheknightcomic.com is SO GOOD. Glad to follow you :)
