Leftovers converted into lunch. Fried rice with cabbage, shallots, peppers, zucchini, pork belly, and an egg. topped with Sriracha.
@yurnidiot I should have gone with chili oil, tho. Either Sriracha just isn't spicy enough anymore or mine has lost all potency.

@yurnidiot you could. There are some differences in flavor since wheat is added to shaoxing during fermentation and it's made from brown rice and not white rice like Japanese rice wine. I think dry sherry would be a better substitute for shaoxing.
