@SinclairLewis This is a great resource! I *love* capsaicin-laden foods. I currently have a bottle of Trinidad Scorpion hot sauce at home which I am greatly enjoying. Typically I’m disappointed by hot sauces not being quite hot enough for my liking - that is not the case with this one. 🔥
@iamdoon I still have a very middle age white midwestern palate when it comes to heat. But, the older I get the more I enjoy adding heat to my eats. I can’t imagine the Trinidad Scorpion Sauce. It’s 1.2-2 million on the Scoville Scale.
@SinclairLewis Alas, I burned the lining of my stomach putting too many Scotch bonnets into a chicken stew in 1996, and since then I have been limited to mild-to-medium.
