DANG okay folks if you have arm issues and bake, or just hate how annoying it can be to stir every last bit of flour into a dough, seriously consider getting a dough whisk.
I thought it was overhyped and didn't think I needed ~one more~ piece of kitchen tech, but I got one recently on sale and just used it on a test dough. We're talking a bowl full of components to a nicely shaggy dough in under *ten seconds*. I am timing it next time it was that fast.
